Lava has officially introduced a new budget smartphone with 5G connectivity in the market of India and the device is dubbed the Lava Storm 5G. The device features a glass back and it is confirmed to receive the latest Android 14 operating system. Here are the full details of the new phone.

Specifications of Lava Storm 5G

The device sports a 6.78-inch display with a punch-hole cutout as well as 2460 x 1080 pixels resolution. Lava has introduced the device with 396 PPI and up to a 120Hz refresh rate.

It comes with the power of a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 mobile processor along with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The storage of the device can be expanded using a micro SD card. Lava is offering the device with Android 13 and it is confirmed to receive Android 14 as well as 2 years of security updates.

Talking about the photography section, the newly announced Lava Storm 5G smartphone features a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultrawide sensor on the back. It also comes with a 16MP front facing camera. The device supports a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
