The Moto G05 comes with premium vegan leather with PANTONE curated colours and the device also offers a water-repellent design with an IP52 rating. The device features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution along with a 90Hz refresh rate, and it also comes with 263ppi pixel density. The device also sports 1,000 nits peak brightness, 83% NTSC, 20:9 aspect ratio, Water Touch, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

It comes with the MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme mobile processor along with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM, up to 4GB RAM Boost, and 64GB of internal storage, the device also features a dedicated microSD card slot. It runs on the latest Android 15 with MyUX out of the box.
