Nothing has finally introduced the new Nothing Phone 3 series including the vanilla variant and the Pro variant. The smartphone series has the power of the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 along with camera improvements, and the devices feature the Essential Space among others. Here are the full details of the smartphone series.

Specifications of Nothing Phone 3a and Nothing Phone 3a Pro

The newly announced Nothing Phone 3a series comes with a 6.77-inch OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and the devices feature a 120Hz refresh rate. Both devices feature touch sampling rate of 480Hz along with 1,300 nits while the peak nits of brightness reaches 3,000 nits.

Under the hood, the London based company has introduced the new smartphone series with the power of the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 mobile processor along with a 4500mm² vapor chamber. The vanilla variant of the smartphone series comes with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. While the Pro variant is introduced with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The smartphone series runs on Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.1 out of the box. Nothing offers the devices with the promise of delivering six years of Android updates and security patches.

The smartphone series also features the new Essential Space and the same can be triggered via a customizable button and the button is placed just below of the power button. By default, the device will enable you to tap the button once to quickly capture and send content to Essential Space, long-press to record a voice note, and you can double-tap the button to open the library of saved content.

Nothing offers the devices with a massive 5000mAh battery along with 50W wired charging. Now let’s talk about the camera department that actually makes the difference between the two phones. The Nothing Phone 3a Pro comes with a 50MP main sensor with OIS along with a 50MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom and the same can extend to 6x using TrueLens 3.0 and AI for enhanced image quality. It also features an 8MP ultrawide camera on the back panel and the phone has a 50MP selfie lens. While the vanilla variant of the smartphone series features the same main and ultrawide cameras as the Pro variant. But the vanilla variant comes with the periscope for a 50MP 2x zoom lens and the phone also features a 32MP front facing camera. The devices come with the signature Glyph Interface and IP64 dust and water resistance as well.

Pricing and availability

The vanilla variant has the starting price of ₹22,999 with the bank offers why the starting price of the Nothing Phone 3a Pro is set at ₹27,999 including the bank offers. You can purchase the vanilla variant from March 11 while the Pro variant will be available from March 15. The devices will be available via Flipkart and the leading stores in the country.
