After launching the Redmi Note 14 series in the markets of China a couple of months ago, now the Chinese company has introduced the smartphone series in India. The series of smartphones including the vanilla variant along with the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Plus models. The devices come with attractive price tags along with impressive specifications and design language. Here are the full details of the smartphone series.
Specifications of Redmi Note 14
Redmi has introduced the new Redmi Note 14 with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device also comes with a peak brightness of 2,100 nits and the device also comes with a fingerprint scanner under the display. Moreover, the display of the phone is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
The device has IP64 dust and splash resistant and the Redmi Note 14 comes with a square camera module on the back. The Redmi Note 14 comes with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with OIS support along with a 2MP secondary camera. It also comes with a 16MP front camera.
It has the power of the Dimensity 7025 processor with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It also comes with a large 5,100mAh battery with support for 45W charging and it runs on Android 14 with HyperOS out of the box.
Pricing and availability
The new Redmi Note 14 has a price tag of Rs 17,999 for the 6/128GB variant and Rs 20,999 for the 8/256GB storage option. The device will be available from December 13 through the official online store, Amazon India, and the partnering retailers.
Specifications of Redmi Note 14 Pro series
Both devices come with a new design with a slim profile and the devices feature a squircle camera island at the centre position on the back panel. The devices come with an IP69 certification for dust and water-resistance and both devices are protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The Redmi Note 14 Pro series features a 6.67 inch curved AMOLED display along with a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 3,000 nits peak brightness. The display of both devices is integrated with a fingerprint scanner and the devices also come with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision as well.
Talking about the photography, the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus features a 50MP main sensor along with a 50MP telephoto unit with 60mm focal length and 2.5x optical zoom. The device also has an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. While the Redmi Note 14 Pro has the same primary and ultra-wide-angle cameras. However, the Pro Plus variant comes with a 2MP shooter. Both devices feature a 20MP selfie snapper.
Under the hood, the Redmi Note 14 Pro has the power of the Dimensity 7300 Ultra processor and 14 Pro Plus has Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. The 14 Pro comes with up to 8GB RAM while the 14 Pro Plus comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The 14 Pro Plus houses a massive 6,200mAh silicon-carbon battery with 90W charging. Meanwhile, the Pro variant has a large 5,500mAh battery with 45W charging. The devices run on Android 14 with HyperOS out of the box.
Pricing and availability
The Redmi Note 14 Pro starts at ₹24,999 for the 8/128GB storage option and ₹26,999 for the 8/256GB version. While the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus starts at ₹30,999 for the 8/128GB storage model and the 12/512GB variant has a price tag of ₹35,999. The devices will be available through the official channels and the popular stores in the country from December 13.
