Google Pixel 10 Series Unveiled

Fans of smartphones, hello! Google recently unveiled the Pixel 10 series, their newest lineup, and it’s obvious they’re not kidding around this time. Super-smart AI is the focus of the three new models they unveiled: the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and the larger Pixel 10 Pro XL.

This isn’t an easy update. Google seems to be making a significant attempt to attract Indian consumers by claiming that these phones will be more affordable here than the Pixels were in the past.

The Screen: Everything seems fluid thanks to the incredibly smooth 120Hz screens included in all three variants. The standard Pixel 10 boasts a crisp 6.2-inch display. The Pro XL is the largest of the trio with a huge 6.9-inch screen that’s ideal for watching videos, while the Pro bumps it up to a 6.7-inch display.

Battery Life: According to Google, the new Tensor G5 chip is an excellent power-saver. While the Pixel 10 boasts an all-day battery, the Pro and Pro XL are true marathon runners, with most users finding that they last for a day and a half. They all charge incredibly quickly as well.

Storage: You won’t have to be concerned about your photo storage running out. It’s fantastic that the base model comes with a healthy 256GB. For those who capture a lot of 4K videos, the Pro versions range from 256GB to an incredible 1TB.

The Camera Gets Smarter!

Speaking about the camera department, the vanilla variant of this Smartphone series features a 48MP main Samsung GN8 sensor with OIS and LDAF, a 13MP 120° ultra-wide Sony IMX712 sensor, and a 10.8MP 5x telephoto Samsung 3J1 sensor. The device also comes with a 10.5MP wide-angle camera on the front. While the Pro series features an identical camera system on the front and back. The devices come with a 50MP main Samsung GNV sensor with a large 1.3-inch size and an f/1.7 aperture. The primary camera is paired with the same 48MP ultra wide angle and 48MP 5x telephoto shooter from last year. The devices also feature a 32MP selfie camera.

What’s new about Google’s Pixel 10 Series?

Under the hood is the most significant news. The Tensor G5 chip is the final processor that Google created from the ground up. Consider it the brain of the phone. While some assistance was needed to make earlier Pixel processors, Google is solely responsible for this one.

Why is that important? All of the AI capabilities that set Pixel phones apart are powered by this new brain, which is also more faster and more effective at preserving battery life. It powers all the fresh and exciting things.

Let’s discuss numbers. Apple and Samsung are direct competitors of the phones, which are positioned in the premium segment.

The price of the Google Pixel 10 is ₹74,999.
The price of the Google Pixel 10 Pro is 94,999.
The price of the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL is ₹1,09,999.

They will begin to arrive in people’s hands by early September, and if you’re interested, you can place a pre-order starting on August 27.
