The Mountain View company Google has officially introduced the latest and greatest Google Pixel 8 series globally and the devices will be available in the market of India via Flipkart as well. The company has introduced the new devices with multiple upgrades and the devices are running on the latest Android 14 out of the box. Here are the full details of the latest Google flagship smartphone series.

Pricing and availability

Google is offering the 128 GB storage variant of the Google Pixel 8 smartphone with a price tag of Rs 75999 and the same storage option of the Google Pixel 8 Pro has a price tag of Rs 1,06,999. The vanilla variant of the smartphone series also comes with 256 GB storage option for a price tag of Rs 82999. Both devices will be available via Flipkart and the devices are currently available for pre-booking.

Specifications of Google Pixel 8

Google offers the new Google Pixel 8 smartphone with a 6.17-inch OLED display along with an FHD+ resolution and the device features a 120Hz refresh rate. It also comes with 2,000 nits peak brightness along with HDR and the device features a punch-hole cutout.

It comes with a dual camera setup on the back and that is in the combination of a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN2 primary sensor along with a 12MP IMX386 ultra-wide-angle sensor that will also work as a Macro. The device also comes with an upgraded ToF sensor and the device sports a 10.5MP front facing camera. The latest Google offering is coming with capabilities like 8K videos recording along with features like HDR, Face Unblur, super res zoom, audio magic eraser, and more.

It also comes with the power of the Tensor G3 mobile processor along with the Titan M2 for security. The device also comes with 12 GB of RAM on the board and up to 1TB storage in the US. It houses a massive 5,050mAh along with 30W wired and 23W wireless charging support. The device runs on Android 14 out of box.

It supports WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C, and NFC. Google is also offering a VPN by Google One at no extra cost. The device features a 50MP primary shooter, 48MP ultrawide lens with upgraded autofocus, and 48MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom on the back. It features a 10.5MP selfie camera.
