The very popular Chinese smartphone brand Redmi has officially launched its latest Redmi K60 Ultra smartphone in the market of China and it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 Plus mobile processor. It is also the world’s first smartphone to come with 24 GB of RAM on the board and the device is housing a massive 5000 mAh battery along with a fast charging solution as well. It is also coming with a 50 megapixel primary sensor on the back and the device is running on the Android 13 operating system out of the box. Specifications of Redmi K60 Ultra

The newly announced Redmi K60 Ultra smartphone features a 6.67-inch OLED display with a punch-hole set up at the centre position along with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The company is also offering the smartphone with a 2,880Hz PWM frequency as well as a 2,600 nits peak brightness level.

It is coming with the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 Plus mobile processor along with up to 24GB LPDDR5x RAM along with 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone is also coming with a PixelWorks X7 display chip as well.

Talking about the camera department, the Redmi K60 Ultra offers a triple rear camera setup and that is in the combination of an OIS-assisted 50MP Sony IMX800 primary sensor along with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro lens. The device is also supporting a 20MP front facing camera. It is coming with dual stereo speakers along with an in-display fingerprint scanner as well.

Redmi is offering the device with an IP68 rating and it is running on Android 13 with MIUI 14 out of the box. It is also having an IR blaster along with an x-axis vibration motor. The device is having a massive 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast wired charging technology.

Pricing and availability

Redmi K60 Ultra with 12GB + 256GB storage option is coming with a price tag of ¥2,599 while the 16GB + 256GB is having a pricing of ¥2,799. The 16GB + 512GB variant costs ¥2,999, 16GB + 1TB variant is having a price tag of ¥3,299 and the 24GB + 1TB is having a pricing of ¥3,599. It will be available from August 16 in China but the 24GB + 1TB variant will be available from August 22 onwards.
