iQOO 12 Launched In India With Snapdragon 8 Gen 3

After launching in China, today the popular Chinese smartphone maker iQOO has officially introduced its new flagship smartphone dubbed the iQOO 12 in the market of India. It comes with the latest and greatest Snapdragon flagship mobile processor and a fast charging solution among others. Here are the full details of the device.

Specifications of iQOO 12

The latest iQOO 12 smartphone sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a punch-hole setup at the centre position of the screen and 2800 x 1260 pixels resolution. It also comes with 452 PPI and a 144Hz refresh rate. The 10-bit LTPO panel supports up to 2160Hz PWM dimming and 3000 nits local peak brightness level. The display of the device is integrated with a fingerprint scanner as well.

It has the power of the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor along with 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. The device features a VC liquid cooling system and a Q1 display chip.

Talking about the photography section, the latest iQOO 12 smartphone comes with an OIS-assisted 50MP OmniVision OV50H primary sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide unit with autofocus, and an OIS-assisted 64MP OV64B 3x periscope zoom sensor. It also comes with a 16MP Samsung S5K3P9 front facing camera.

It is running on the latest Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14 out of the box and the device will be receiving 3 years of major Android updates. The device features dual SIM, 5G, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GNSS, NFC, and USB Type-C for connectivity. It is also supporting an x-axis linear vibration motor and dual stereo speakers. The device comes with a massive 5,000mAh battery along with 120W wired charging.

The pricing of the device starts at ₹52,999 and the device will be available in the country from December 13 via Amazon.
