Nothing has officially introduced the new Nothing Phone 2a globally along with the signature design and a 50 megapixel primary sensor. The device runs on the latest Android 14 operating system out of the box. Here are the full details of the device.

Specifications of Nothing Phone 2a

It comes with a boxy form factor along with a transparent design and a circular island housing two horizontal cameras along with three Glyph LED strips and the device is IP54-certified dust and water-resistant.

The device comes with a flat 6.7 inch OLED display along with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It features 1,300 nits peak brightness and HDR10 support. Nothing has introduced the device with thin bezels around the screen along with a punch-hole cutout at the centre position of the screen. The device features an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Coming to the photography section, the latest Nothing Phone 2a smartphone features a 50MP OIS-enabled main sensor with support for OIS along with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The device also comes with features including UltraXDR, Motion Capture, Night Mode, Action Mode, and Portrait Optimizer. The device also features a 32MP front facing camera.

The newly announced Nothing Phone 2a comes with the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro processor along with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The smartphone houses a 5,000mAh battery along with 45W fast charging and the device runs on Android 14 with Nothing OS 2.5 out of the box. The device is confirmed to get three years of OS updates and four years of security patches. The device also supports WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, dual 5G, and NFC for connectivity.

Pricing and availability

The starting price of the device is Rs 23,999 for 8GB + 128GB variant whereas the 8GB + 256GB storage option comes with a price tag of Rs 25,999 and the 12GB + 256GB variant has a price tag of Rs 27,999. The device will be available from March 12 via Flipkart in the country.
