Redmi has officially introduced the new 4G and 5G models of the new Redmi 13C smartphone in the market of India with a pocket friendly price tag along with the Android 13 out of the box. The devices also come with a large battery on the board and a 50 megapixel primary sensor on the back. Here are the full details of the smartphone series.
Redmi 13C
The latest Redmi 13C smartphone sports a 6.74-inch LCD display along with an HD+ resolution and the device comes with a 90Hz refresh rate. It also features a waterdrop notch on the top of the screen. The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 mobile processor along with up to 8 GB of RAM as well as 4GB virtual RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage that can be expandable using a Micro SD card.
The device runs on the Android 13 operating system with the MIUI 14 out of the box and the device houses a massive 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging. The device features a 50-megapixel main camera on the back along with a 2-megapixel depth camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It also features an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Redmi offers the device with a side-facing fingerprint scanner. It also supports dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack for connectivity.

The device comes with the same display as the 4G variant but it comes with DC dimming along with the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass and 600 nits peak brightness level. The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus mobile processor along with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256 GB UFS 2.2 storage. It runs on Android 13 with MIUI 14 operating system.
It also comes with a 50MP primary camera on the back panel along with an unspecified secondary sensor. The device features a 5MP front facing camera. It also supports dual SIM, 5G, dual-band WiFi, 3.5 mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.3, GNSS, and USB Type-C. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device houses a 5,000mAh battery along with 18W charging.
Redmi is offering the device with a starting price of ₹10,999 and the device will be available from December 16 through Mi.com, Amazon India, and Xiaomi retail stores.
