The Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei has officially launched the latest Huawei Mate 60 Pro smartphone in the market of China with satellite communication along with a triple rear camera setup and more. Here are the full specifications along with the pricing and availability details of the device.

Specifications of Huawei Mate 60 Pro

The latest Huawei Mate 60 Pro smartphone sports a 6.82-inch OLED LTPO display with full HD+ resolution and 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate. It is also supporting 1440Hz PWM dimming and the device features the second generation Huawei’s “unbreakable” Kunlun glass for the protection.

Coming to the photography section, the newly announced Huawei Mate 60 Pro smartphone features a circular camera module on the back panel and the same is accommodating a 50MP primary sensor with OIS capability along with a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and a 48MP telephoto OIS lens that supports 3.5x Optical zoom and 100x digital zoom. The device is also supporting variable aperture along with the XMAGE camera system that supports Super Night Mode, Super Macro, Macro PiP, Pro Mode, Slow Motion, Multi Camera, and AI photography mode. It is also coming with a 13MP front facing camera alongside the sensors and lasers for 3D face mapping for the Face ID feature.

The latest Huawei Mate 60 Pro smartphone is housing a massive 5000 mAh battery along with up to 88W fast wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 20W reverse wireless charging. It also features an IP68 rating as well. The device comes with 12 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB storage option that can be expandable using an NM memory card.

It is also supporting USB 3.1 Gen 1 port, Wi-Fi 5Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, Satellite Calling, and GPS for connectivity. The device is running on HarmonyOS 4.0 OS out of the box along with features including AI-based camera intelligence and some state-of-the-art photo processing software. The device supports AI Remote, Wireless Payments, and Always-on-Display. Huawei’s own Pangu 3.0 AI model makes the overall system more smarter and interactive.

Pricing and availability

The smartphone brand is yet to reveal the pricing details of 256 GB storage and 1TB storage variants. But the 12GB +512GB Storage variant is confirmed to have a price tag of ¥6999. The smartphone is currently available in the market of China only.
