Samsung has officially introduced the Samsung Galaxy S24 as well as the Plus variant alongside the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. The devices feature impressive specifications along with AI features on the board. Here are the full details of both devices.

Specifications of Samsung Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus

Both devices feature similar specifications and the display makes the major difference between them. The vanilla variant comes with a 6.2-inch display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution, while the S24 Plus variant features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with 3120 X 1440 pixels resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S24 smartphone comes with 418ppi of pixel density while the Plus variant features 516ppi. Both devices feature a brightness of 2600 nits along with 1 to 120Hz refresh rate and Vision Booster support. They feature a small cut-out on the top of the screen.
Talking about the photography section, the latest Samsung Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus features a 50-megapixel wide primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture lens, 85-degree field of view and OIS, along with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens and a 120-degree field-of-view, and the device also features a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with an f/2.4 aperture lens and 3x optical zoom and f/2.4 aperture. It comes with a 12-megapixel front facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens and an 80-degree field-of-view.

Both devices come with the power of the Exynos 2400 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor in selected regions. It is worth mentioning that the Indian models will come with the power of the Exynos chipset. The vanilla variant offers 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB internal storage while the Plus variant comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
The latest Samsung Galaxy S24 houses a 4,000mAh battery while the Plus variant comes with a 4,900mAh capacity. The vanilla variant features 25W charging support and the Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus features a 45W charging solution. The devices also support Wireless Charging 2.0 and Wireless PowerShare features. The devices feature 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi direct, and a USB Type-C port. They are IP68-rated dust- and water-resistant and the company features Samsung Knox security, Passkeys, and support for the company’s Knox Vault. The devices come with stereo speakers tuned by AKG and the devices feature an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner as well. The company has also introduced new AI features on the body including circle to search, live translation, chat assistant, note assistant, and voice recording assistant. The devices run on the Android 14 operating system with One UI 6.1 out of the box.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 has a starting price of $799.99 while the Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus comes with a starting price of $999.99. Both devices will be available from January 31 in selected markets.
