The South Korean electronics giant Samsung has officially introduced the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor and it runs on the Android 14 operating system out of the box. The device comes with AI features on the board along with wireless charging capability and more. Here are the full details of the device.

Specifications of Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

The newly announced Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra sports a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 3120 x 1440 pixels resolution and a punch-hole setup on the top of the screen. It also features a 505 PPI pixel density and a brightness of 2600 nits, the device also supports a variable refresh rate between 1-120Hz and the device comes with the S Pen for doing tasks like note-taking, drawing, and document editing. The display is integrated with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood, the latest Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone has a power of the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor at its heart along with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB of internal storage. The device runs on Android 14 with One UI 6.1 out of the box.

Coming to the photography section, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone features a 200 megapixel primary camera with a wide-angle feature with an F1.7 aperture along with a 12 megapixel ultra-wide lens with an F2.2 aperture and a 120° field of view. It also features a 50 megapixel telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, OIS, and an F3.4 aperture and the device features a second telephoto lens with 10 megapixels with 3x optical zoom. The device also features a 12-megapixel selfie camera with F2.2 aperture and Dual Pixel autofocus technology.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone houses a large 5,000mAh battery along with 45W fast charging support along with wireless charging 2.0 technology and wireless power sharing features. It also comes with 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.3, and a USB Type-C port for connectivity. The device supports Samsung Knox, Knox Vault, and Passkeys. It also features an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The device is loaded with AI features including Circle to search, live translation, chat assistant, note assistant, and voice recording assistant.

Pricing and availability

The pricing of the device starts at $1,299.99 and it will be available from January 31 in selected markets and there is no information about the pricing of the device for the market of India.
