After launching the Huawei Mate 60 Pro smartphone with satellite communication, the telecommunication giant of China has introduced the latest Huawei Mate 60 smartphone in its home country. The device is missing the satellite communication feature but it is coming with a triple rear camera setup with a 50 megapixel primary sensor on the back. Specifications of Huawei Mate 60

The latest Huawei Mate 60 smartphone sports a flat 6.69 inch OLED display with a punch-hole setup at the centre position of the screen. It also features a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is offering 10-bit colors and 1440Hz PWM dimming. There is no information about the name of the mobile processor but the company has introduced the device with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 3.1 storage. It is running on the Harmony OS 4.0 operating system out of the box.

Talking about the photography section, the newly announced Huawei Mate 60 offers a 13-megapixel front facing camera while the back panel of the device is featuring a circular camera module that is housing a 50-megapixel main camera with support for OIS and an f1.4–f4.0 variable aperture along with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 12-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with OIS, 5x optical zoom, and 50x digital zoom.

Huawei has introduced the latest Huawei Mate 60 smartphone with a 4,750mAh battery along with 66W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 7.5W reverse wireless charging. The device features an IP68 rating and the device features second-generation Kunlun glass on the back.

Pricing and availability

The 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage option is offering with a price tag of 5,499 Yuan while the 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage variant is available for Rs 5,999 Yuan and the 12 GB RAM + 1 TB storage costs Rs 6,999 Yuan. It is available in the market of China.
